Sales Tax Calculation

I propose adding a way to display both the subtotal of the BOM with and without sales tax calculated for the user’s location. (Maybe even adding shipping costs if vendors make this available.) My reasoning is that for larger projects, users could get that little bit more transparency that would help them plan out their projects financially. This would generally counteract human forgetfulness about the existence of taxes and fees.

TLDR: adding an option to display a subtotal without and with tax would help some users plan their funding and remove fiscal surprises.
